Freezer Cooking Progress: Day 2
The second day of my freezer cooking was long and tiring. It was on Thursday. I needed a few days to recover before I wrote anything about it. thank for commenting on my blog Debbie! I am so glad you enjoyed it. Celee is just wonderful, huh? anyhow, the four loaf pan was a gift given to me and it is made by pampered chef. I can't wait to read this stuff on freezer cooking!
OOH, you are amazing! Would you be interested in sharing your white chili recipe? I need to avoid tomatoes, so this would be a great alternative.
I will post recipes soon. The chicken chili is very easy. I just cook great northern beans in chicken broth, add green chilies, spices to your liking, and monterey jack cheese. Soooo easy and yet one of my favorite!
